Located 45 minutes from Port Elizabeth, in the Addo Elephant
ational Park, River Bend Lodge makes for a wonderful extention to
the Garden Route.
Eight tastefully designed suites invite you to relax and unwind in
tranquil settings. All suties have a private patio from where you
can enjoy the bushveld vistas and listen to the sounds of the birds
and wildlife around you.
All activities are tailored to suit your needs. Enjoy a wide variety
of activities from fabulous game drives, guided walks, bird-watching,
night drives, mountain drives with picnics to visits to the River Bend
Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre. The area is home to the densest population
of elephant as well as other Big Five game and an abundance of other species.
There are also over 300 bird-species and 5 biomes to enjoy.
Families are welcome at River Bend and there is a dedicated
children's play room filled with toys, games and fun to keep the
little ones entertained. Families are allocated the inter-leading
suites and where possible are given a private game vehicle and
personal ranger.
