Description:Horizon Holiday Cottages offers luxury, affordable self catering cabanas and 2 family cottages nestled in rural Noordhoek, Cape Town, that make for a relaxed and tranquil stay.
2/3 Bedroomed family Cottages sleep 4 or 6. Cabanas are best suited to a couple. We are 3 star graded by the Tourism Council of SA.
Our spacious cottages are set on an acre of land overlooking the wetlands and Noordhoek beach. Each has covered veranda, facing a private secluded garden with braai (BBQ) area.There is a large sparkling swimming pool for your relaxation. Covered carports are situated next to the cottages, and excellent security is offered.
There are 2 cottages:
Guinea Fowl cottage is furnished in bright African Colonial style with selected antiques and original artworks. It features 3 private bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with a double bed; another with 3/4 bed and a single bedroom. Unwind in the lounge/dining room with dining table for 4. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped open plan kitchen.
This is the complete 'Home from Home'. This spacious unit seems larger than its 60 square meters and sleeps 4 in both privacy and comfort.
Cottages have door from lounge opening onto a private covered stoep in a secure and private garden with brick built braai (bbq).

Captain's Cottage is decorated in beach cottage theme with fresh blues, yellows and whites. It features 2 private bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds. There is also a fold out couch that becomes a full size double bed to sleep another 2. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for self catering including fridge/freezer.
Relax in comfort in the soft couches of the spacious lounge. A separate dining room has a table and setting for 6. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead.
This is the complete 'home from Home'. This unit is more than 75 square meters in size and can sleep 6 comfortably. Cottages have door from lounge opening onto a private covered stoep in a secure and private garden with brick built braai (bbq).

Cabanas are bright and airy, and offer spacious self catering accommodation for couples. Each has spacious double bedroom with lounge area, and en- suite shower bathroom.
A fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar allows for relaxed self catering convenience; Units have TV. Sliding glass doors open from the Cabanas on to a covered wooden deck with spectacular views of the Noordhoek lakes and overlooking the pool area.
Dine outdoors on the deck and watch the spectacular sunsets for which Noordhoek is famous. A camping cot and even a feeding chair for toddlers is available upon request.
For a peaceful holiday, Noordhoek really does have it all!
The Jewel of the Cape Peninsula; this charming and rustic community of small holdings and large properties, nestling on the wooded slopes of the southern end of the Peninsula offers an unending variety of activities, but also offers a peaceful country lifestyle. The cottages are situated on the road to the famous Chapman's Peak scenic drive, and are a short distance from the Cape Town waterfront, wine farms and historic attractions.
