This magnificent 2 in 1 palace has 2 fully fitted kitchens, 2 lounges with DSTV, 2 dining areas and a fully fitted laundry. All 7 units have en-suite bathrooms and two have spacious balconies with magnificent sea views. There is also a log cabin, with a kitchen and bathroom as well as secure parking.
Set in the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom in the Garden Route, Dana Bay is a conservancy status where, bush buck, steenbok, mongooses and Cape francolins roam freely and the prolific bird life, which includes a colony of black oyster catchers and over 85 other bird species, adds to the tranquility and beauty and incredible views of beach and horizon.
Southern Right Whales are a joy to behold. Schools of up to 500 Bottlenose dolphins have been sighted, during whale-watching season.
The white sandy beach invites lengthy morning and afternoon strolls with sun downer picnics. Sunsets are legendary to this part of the coast. The St Blaize hiking trail is 13.5km and ends at the cave in Mossel Bay. It will take about 5 hour, 30 minutes to complete.
Vegetation consists mainly of coastal and lime fynbos and is a fishermen paradise in the autumn and winter months.
Nearby Mossel Bay has a history dating back to the 15th Century and derives its name from the abundance of mussels found here.
The town lies on a sunny peninsular just off the N2 and is half way between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. It is situated close to the town of George, and is only about 35 minutes away from the George Airport.
