For business or leisure, we invite you to relax in one of 5 well-equipped, self-catering cottages.
We are situated on a large secure property in Ferndale, Randburg within easy reach of the Northgate Coca Cola Dome, Randburg Sports Complex, Rhema, Christ Embassy, shopping Malls, Olivedale and Sandton Clinics (each 5 min away). NASREC/Gold Reef City/Soccer City is an easy 15 to 20 minutes away against the major traffic.
Sandton Convention Centre is approximately 12 minutes away and Morningside and Sunninghill Clinics, each about 15 minutes away.
No smoking is allowed in the unit. Arrival/Departure Times:

Terms and Conditions
Guests Responsibilities:
A 50% deposit to be made into above bank account will
secure your booking. Balance and refundable deposit paid
on or before arrival.
A key/damages deposit of R250 to R500 per unit payable on
arrival. Refunded should the unit be in order.
Refund of Deposit & Cancellation of Booking:
· On cancellation, 10% handling fee charged.
· Full deposit less the handling fee is refunded, if the
booking is cancelled 4 weeks before the arrival date.
· Half of the deposit is refunded if the booking is
cancelled 2 weeks before the arrival date.
· No refund of deposit if the booking is cancelled less
than 14 days before the arrival date. Full payment is
required for “no shows” or early exit.
The above is deemed accepted on receipt of deposit/payment
