Description:Welcome to Chimneys Bed and Breakfast! Our quaint B&B lies in the heart of Uitenhage and is within walking distance from restaurants and the centre of town at Park Lane 9.
All beds have the famous Makoti Down Products? non-allergic goose down duvets which are covered with 100% pure cotton percale. Sleeping just does not get cosier than this! Secure parking is available in this lovingly restored Victorian house with its multiple chimneys.
Breakfast is either Continental or English. Dinners are available on request.

Lovely spacious room with twin 3/4 beds and can sleep up to 3 guest at a time with goose down bedding. Room shares bathroom 1 and 2.

A lovely energetic room with twin 3/4 beds with goose down bedding. Room shares bathroom 1 and 2.
•Self-Catering Unit:
Twin beds and has open plan kitchen with TV, microwave, fridge and kettle. En-suite with shower, toilet and hand basin.
Unit has separate entrance from guest rooms and also a private entrance and smoking area.
Uitenhage offers conference centres, hiking in the Groendal Wilderness Area or Springs, game viewing and is the gateway to The Addo Elephant Park which is home to the Big Five and huge herds of old big foot.
Our area is malaria-free and has numerous game parks to visit like Shamwari, Schotia, Amakhala, Riverbend, Lalibela and many more. Tours to the huge VW car manufacturing plant are also available.
A trip out to Noorspoort Guest Farm in the Baviaans district close to the picturesque town of Steytlerville is a must.
This farm is famous for its geological wonder - Draaikrans.
Uitenhage is only 20km away from Port Elizabeth which is the gateway to the Garden Route and is host to The Sunshine Coast.
Port Elizabeth offers beautiful beaches, an aquarium with daily dolphin shows, water sports galore, a Snake Park, game viewing, historical and township tours, the Boardwalk and Casino as well as loads of interesting shops, walks and hikes.
