Carriage House is a charming upmarket B+B establishment with livingroom /diningroom /kitchenette and two luxury double en suite bedrooms (separate from the main dwelling) or whole unit can be rented on a self-catering basis.
The kitchenette has fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and full sets of crockery and cutlery. Bed-linen and towels provided, however guests should bring their own beach towels.
French doors open on sunny private courtyard. Colour TV with M-net. Video machine on request.
Additional facilities are laundry and ironing. The garden has BBQ/braai facilities.
Opposite nature reserve and situated between two beaches, Kariega Beach and Middle Beach, both some four minutes on foot. Duiker, Grysbok, Tortoises frequent visitors. Near the Kariega River-slipway. Central business area, restaurants, shops, banks etc. are all within close walking distance. Grahamstown, Bathurst, Port Alfred and Fish River Sun in close proximity.
