Description:Your accommodation is one of two private Suites adjoining this private home.
African Suite:
A large and very spacious twin bedroom with lounge, TV, Radio, Safe, table & chairs and sleeper couch in the lounge. Separate bathroom, separate toilet and separate shower. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and wash up. (Equipped for 4 people)
Floral Suite:
A large and very spacious twin bedroom with lounge, table & chairs, TV, Radio, Safe and lounge suite. There is a separate full bathroom with bath, shower and WC as well as a "mini" kitchenette with Tea/Coffee making facilities and fridge and microwave oven but no wash up!
Both suites are equipped with electric blankets, heaters and fans, iron and ironing board and outside patio. There is secure off street parking.
Breakfast is extra and is served in the African dinning room in the main home. This is a large home set on 3/4 of an acre in a park like garden with large oak trees and wonderful bird life.
The up-market suburb of Lynnwood is ideally situated for easy access to the University of Pretoria, UNISA, CSIR, City, Menlyn Park, Pick & Pay Hypermarket, Retail Park, Faerie Glen Hospital, Hatfield and Brooklyn Mall, PBHS and PHSG. It is close to a wide variety of restaurants, Coffee shops and take-aways. It has easy access to the N1 N & S.
It would be appreciated if Clients do NOT smoke in the suites, but rather outside on the patio. Thank you.
